NAADS provides three menus for supporting farmer to graduate from supply chain to value chain. Menus 1 & 2 are designed to provide support to farmers as a PUSH to farmers towards increased market oriented production and increased productivity. They prepare farmers enter the commodity value chain. Menu 3 provides support for market linkages and value chain development through public/private sector partnerships as a PULL to farmers towards clear markets and increased profitability
