This is the first(pilot)performance assessment focused on measuring key NAADS implementation processes.

The performance assessment is about helping implementers ,in this case,local government and councils ,to improve services for their communities. The major objective of the assessment were to share and learn from experiences on NAADS implementation across districts,to rank districts and sub counties in terms of theri implementation progress and to provide the basis for implementing the rewards and sanctions scheme The assessment focussed on key indicators measuring ISFG performance at the district and subcounty levels.
