By making all NAADS interventions responsive to the impacts of HIV/AIDS on the provision of agricultural advisory services, such that the livelihoods of people affected by, or living with, HIV/AIDS (PLWAs) and high-risk groups (eg. fishers), are uplifted. This is being done through:
working closely with an FAO programme to establish the impact of HIV/AIDS on the agricultural sector and engaging district stakeholders in the planning of mitigation strategies
